It's been awhile since my last style icon post. 

This time it will be about my favorite petite style icon: Miroslava Duma.

You need to know who is she. She is the "It Girl" from Russia. 

Also Miroslava was former editor of Harpers Bazzar Russia during 2008-2010. 

What I love about her is her height. She is only 1.50 cm (5'0"), that means she is smaller than me. 

But her fashion essence is so strong. She is not afraid to combined textures, wear weird hats, round sunglasses and high heels all the time. She is fabulous. You need to look more of her looks and get inspired.

Style Icon: Karen Gillan

Ginger, big and green eyes, tall and so freaking beautiful. Scottish actress, Karen Gillan or best known as Amy Pond on the tv-series Doctor Who is one of my most recent favorite actresses and style icons.  

You need to see or read her interviews. She is so funny, clever, somewhat clumsy and cheerful. Her outfits reflect her personality. She really inspires me to be more relaxed and happy person. I can make a big and huge post of all her candids and outfits. She has a lot seriously. For her, going to the supermarket is like walking on the runway. 

Also, what do you recommend me for taking to Spain? I have no idea what to pack or what to leave.

Pelirroja, grandes ojos verdes, alta y sumamente hermosa. La actriz escocesa Karen Gillan o mejor conocida como Amy Pond en la serie de Doctor Who es unas de mis más recientes actrices favoritas e iconos de moda. 

Necesitan leer o ver sus entrevistas. Es tan divertida, llena de alegría  torpe y feliz. Sus atuendos reflejan su personalidad. Ha sido modelo para varias revistas importantes. Ella me inspira para ser más relajada y feliz. Podría hacer una entrada gigante de todos sus atuendos pero nunca acabaría. Tiene demasiados, deberían de buscarlos para inspiración. Ella es fantástica. Cuando va al supermercado es como irse a una pasarela. Karen Gillan siempre esta bien vestida. 

Y mis queridos lectores, les pido un favor, ¿Qué me recomiendan para llevar a España en la maleta? No sé sinceramente que necesite.

Style Icon: Minnie Mouse

My first Halloween costume was Minnie Mouse when I was only one year old. Ever since, I've loved this little mouse dearly. Believe it or not, I consider Minnie Mouse a style icon. Being little I wanted to dress like her. I'd use big bows, heels and dotted dresses, in fact I still do.

I don't think myself to be the only one who considers Minnie Mouse a style icon. The It Girl Alexa Chung was asked in an interview about her fashion icons and mentioned Minnie Mouse. Besides, last september we admired clothes inspired by Minnie in London's runaways and New York's display windows.

Minnie Mouse has been the feminine icon of many girls, we all  wanted those big bows on our heads. I'm glad to watch Minnie Mouse on runaways.

Mi primer disfraz de Halloween fue de Minnie Mouse, cuando tenía solamente un año. Desde ese momento le he tenido un gran amor a esta ratoncita. Aunque no lo crean, considero a Minnie Mouse un ícono de la moda. De chiquita me quería vestir como ella. Usaba mis moños gigantes, tacones y vestidos de bolitas; hasta la fecha lo sigo haciendo.

No creo ser la única que crea que Minnie Mouse es un ícono de la moda. La it girl Alexa Chung comentó en una entrevista sus íconos de la moda, y mencionó a Minnie Mouse. También en septiembre del año pasado vimos en las pasarelas de Londres ropa inspirada en ella, así como en los aparadores de Nueva York.

Minnie Mouse ha sido el ícono femenino de muchas niñas. Todas queríamos moños en nuestra cabeza. Me alegra mucho ver que Minnie Mouse ha logrado estar en las pasarelas.

Style Icon: Suri Cruise

Yes. Kate Holmes and Tom Cruise's daughter is a style icon. She is my favorite baby. I loved her style since she was born. She is so cute and feminine. It is a little Blair Wardolf. In the future, I want my baby to be so adorable and stylish like her. Look at her clothes and her shoe collection. I think she has more shoes than me. There are rumors that she chooses her clothes and I do believe it.My 3 year old stepsister chooses her clothing.

Style Icon: Emma Watson

{The haircut that inspired to cut my long hair}

 It’s been a year since I cut off my hair like Emma Watson, pixie style.

Ever since I was eleven I’ve been a fan of the Harry Potter books and movies, and I grew up watching the British actress Emma Watson, I really liked the way she dressed, it was simple and feminine but I never looked at her as a fashion icon, and I never thought that she would influence my dressing style, until she cut her hair two years ago.

It was shocking to see her pixie cut, we all had a big surprise, and I actually didn’t like it at all until I saw her Seventeen photo shoot on the august issue. The only reason I bought the magazine was to go to a hairdressing salon and cut my hair like that.

She inspired me to cut off my long hair; I had spent three years trying to make it grow. I wanted something new and refreshing. She looked so feminine with that cut that I really wanted it; I never wanted a haircut so badly. I actually felt liberated and it was something new in my life. Now my hair is over my shoulders, and it’s been a year. So fast.

After the haircut I watched carefully the way she dressed to learn how to combine my new haircut with a new style. Since she cut off her hair, Emma Watson improved her style and I love it. It’s still simple but with a distinguished-looking, and I think every girl from any social class and sizes could fit her dressing style because of its simplicity.

She’s a very stable girl, and I love her for being my Hermione.

Little monsters, I change the design of the blog, did you like it? I really love it, especially the color. Purple is my favorite color.

Style Icon: Audrey Hepburn

Yesterday was my biggest style icon’s birthday: Audrey Hepburn. I think every fashion girl loves her. She is one of the biggest fashion icons of the world. Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Sabrina and Roman holiday are a classic.  My first movie that I watched of her was Roman holiday and I fell in love with her immediately. After this movie I searched the other movies of her and she won me. 

I have a biography book of her, some pictures with her quotes on my room, a t-shirt and her movies.  She makes me to be a better human being because she was so kind and good person.

Audrey Hepburn is so classic and elegant. She made the little black dress a basic on your wardrobe.

I really love her and my favorite quote of her is “Nothing is impossible the word itself says, “I’m possible”.

Happy Birthday Audrey!! And thanks for your wonderful and brilliant legacy.

Style Icon: Blair Wardolf

Gossip Girl is one of my favorite tv shows. I love the drama and gossip, their characters and specially the fashion.  My favorite character is Queen B, Blair Wardolf.  She resembles me a lot in some aspects, like she and I are very strong, fashionable, childish, loyal to our loved ones and bitchy. But let’s talk about Blair’s style.

Her style is sophisticated, elegant, modern and sexy, all at the same time. She is a very feminine character and her role model is Audrey Hepburn.

We can’t talk about Blair Wardolf ‘s style without talking about her headbands. Blair’s trademark is the hairband. She used to wore them a lot during season one and two.

Queen B also loves dresses and tights. Blair’s dresses are colorful, fitted, short and feminine.

My favorite dress is the red one by Oscar de la Renta. Last year I bought a dress for a wedding that looked a lot like it.

Style Icon: Ulyana Sergeenko

My latest inspiration is the Russian model and photographer Ulyana Sergeenko. One of my friends was looking at her blog in class; I was impressed with her clothes. I asked her who the girl was, and when she told me I started researching.

This “It Girl” it’s a big sensation in Russia, what I loved about her is that she looks like she came out from a 50’s movie. She loves wearing high waist skirts in strong colors, having red lips and an accessory that stands out, like a bag, a cane or gloves. I wish I’d own her whole closet.

Not long ago, she started her own clothing line inspired on her style. I would really love to have any of her outfits; I’m simply going to leave the pictures to speak for themselves:
